Welcome to Forte. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Forte mobile application, website, and related services (the “Platform”), operated by Forte Technologies Group LLC (“Forte,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Some services, such as Concierge, Seller Support, and Transaction Advisory, are offered by Forte Services LLC under a management agreement with Forte Technologies.
By applying for membership, browsing listings, or using any part of the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Legal Entities and Scope of Service
Forte Technologies Group LLC (Delaware): Owns and operates the Platform, mobile applications, and all intellectual property. Forte Services LLC (California): Delivers operational and on-demand services such as Concierge.
Depending on your activity on the Platform, you may interact with one or both entities.
2. Eligibility and Membership
You must be at least 18 years old to use Forte.Membership is by application and subject to approval. We may request documentation to verify identity or vehicle ownership.Forte is currently available to U.S.-based users only.
3. Platform Access
Certain features (e.g., Insights data, public profiles, Concierge services) require an active membership.We reserve the right to update, restrict, or discontinue features at any time.Accounts must not be shared or used on behalf of others.
4. Concierge and Transaction Support
Concierge services are delivered by Forte Services LLC. Engaging Concierge constitutes a service relationship with Forte Services LLC. Forte Technologies Group LLC is not liable for transaction outcomes, delays, or disputes. We are not a dealer or broker and are not a party to transactions outside our Concierge involvement. Concierge Fee Structure: Buying: 1% of vehicle valueSelling: Starting at $250 Other Services (e.g., financing, transport): Starting at $50
Fees are non-refundable once service begins. Refunds may be issued if a transaction is halted for reasons outside the member’s control.You are responsible for complying with all legal requirements (e.g., taxes, registration, title transfer).
5. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of all content submitted (e.g., Garage entries, photos, comments). You grant Forte a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and share submitted content within the Platform. You may only upload content you own or have rights to use.
6. Community Conduct
See the User Policy below. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, databases, and brand assets are owned by Forte Technologies Group LLC.Unauthorized use (e.g., scraping, cloning) is strictly prohibited.
8. Disclaimers and Liability
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee accuracy or authenticity of listings, users, or vehicles. Forte is not liable for any loss, fraud, or disputes from transactions between users or third parties. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for Forte services in the past 12 months.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Forte and its affiliates against claims arising from: Your misuse of the Platform Your violation of these Terms Transactions or activities initiated through Forte
10. Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance.
11. Termination
You may cancel anytime via account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations. Refunds are not provided for terminated memberships.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governed by Delaware law. Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in Wilmington, DE, unless mutually agreed otherwise.

User Policy
This policy governs community participation across Forte’s features, including listings, messaging, and Garage tools. All members agree to the following standards.
1. Member Conduct
Members must: Use Forte for lawful purposes. Provide accurate information when applying or uploading cars. Treat fellow members with professionalism. Respect confidentiality of off-market listings, private Garages, and user data. Only upload vehicles they own or are authorized to represent. Follow all laws relating to vehicle transactions and ownership.
2. Prohibited Behavior
You may not: Misrepresent your identity or car ownership. Spam or solicit members outside of Forte’s official services. Circumvent Concierge or avoid applicable fees. Share misleading, false, or unlawful content.Use automation to scrape or extract data.Harass or disrupt other users.
3. Suspension and Removal
Accounts may be suspended or removed if: Terms or policies are violated.Your behavior introduces legal risk or harms the community. You abuse platform features or vetting processes.
No refunds are provided in the event of termination.
4. Community Standards
Forte is a trusted, invite-only network. All members are expected to: Participate in good faith. Use tools like Watchlist, Garage, and Index with integrity.Report inappropriate conduct. Respect the privacy of members who choose private profiles.
